We are an established and expanding family practice just west of Denver, Colorado, looking for a full-time Associate General Dentist to join our team. This growing location is a unique solo dentist practice in an FFS and PPO location. We are a fully digital office offering the latest in dental technology, are equipped with a CBCT, and offer 2- 3 operatories and a dedicated team our dentists. Suppose you are a General dentist who wants to provide a wide variety of dental treatments with autonomy and the ability to have an FT predictable schedule with weekends off.   • Competitive Compensation: Start with a guaranteed salary for the first six months, followed by a tiered commission structure. Total potential earnings can range from $250,000 to $350,000 annually.

Essential Functions

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver a full spectrum of dental services, including restorative dentistry, endodontics, extractions, implants, Invisalign, and oral sedation.
  • Lead a collaborative team of hygienists and dental assistants in delivering outstanding patient care.
  • Expand your expertise in comprehensive dentistry, including crown & bridge, removable prosthodontics, implants, oral surgery, and even aesthetic treatments like Botox and fillers!
  • Work in a patient-centric, dentist-led practice with support from some of the best clinicians in the industry.

Qualifications

  • Active Colorado Dental License
  • Active DEA Certification
  • DDS or DMD degree
  • CPR/ACLS certification
  • Invisalign certified or desire to become certified
  • Denticon experience is a plus~

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

Clinical Knowledge & Skills

  • Proficient in diagnosing and treating common oral health issues, including caries, periodontal disease, and occlusal problems.

  • Competent in performing a wide range of general procedures:

    • Dental restorations (fillings, crowns, bridges)

    • Root canal therapy (anterior and premolars; molars preferred)

    • Simple and some complex extractions

    • Prophylaxis, scaling, and root planing

    • Fabrication and fitting of dentures and partials

  • Familiarity with current dental materials, instruments, and technology (e.g., digital radiography, intraoral scanners, etc.)

Patient Care & Communication

  • Ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds

  • Skilled in educating patients on oral health, preventive care, and treatment options

  • Compassionate and capable of managing patients with dental anxiety or special needs

  • Clear and professional communication with patients, families, and team members

Practice Management & Collaboration

  • Efficient in managing patient time and treatment planning

  • Knowledge of charting, documentation, and using dental software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental)

  • Understands and follows proper infection control and OSHA standards

  • Works collaboratively with hygienists, dental assistants, and front office staff

  • Supports a positive, team-oriented practice culture

Professionalism & Growth

  • Maintains active dental licensure and completes required continuing education

  • Open to mentorship, feedback, and learning new techniques or technologies

  • Committed to ethical, evidence-based dentistry

  • Understands basic insurance terminology and how it affects treatment planning

Work Environment

General Dentist Setting- 6 op fully digital practice

Education and Experience

  • DDS or DMD degree
  • 2 or more years hands on clinical experience in a General Dentist setting
    • Invisalign Certified 

Additional Eligibility Qualifications

  • Experience: At least 3-5 years of clinical experience, with a desire to perform a wide range of dental procedures.
  • Leadership Skills: Leading a team and collaborating effectively with hygienists and dental assistants.
  • Patient-Centered: Motivated to provide top-notch care while achieving production goals in a patient-first environment.

Pay Range

USD $150,000.00 - USD $300,000.00 /Yr.
