We are seeking a results-driven Dental Assistant Office Manager who is people-oriented, has a proven track record for exceeding expectations, and someone who has excellent communication skills and a strong desire to work on a team that is collaborative and provides feedback consistently.
As a Dental Assistant Office Manager, you will be responsible for administering the day-to-day activities of the business office, including patient and employee relations; management of marketing and communications efforts; scheduling patients for follow-up appointments; submitting dental claims to insurance; verifying patient insurance, and helping the Practice Manager to achieve overall results. This position will require occasional travel to sister offices in the South Denver Colorado metro area.
Our Dental Assistant Office Manager will report directly to the Regional Manager, and help to set the tone when the Practice Manager is not present and is the most critical resource to help us achieve our number one core value of putting our patients and our staff's experience first. We are a Dentist-led and team-centric family practice that strives to be the best office to work for in the Denver area. The Dental Assistant Office Manager will be passionate about people and have a strong desire to grow into an Office Manager in the future.

1 or more years experience in a Dental front office setting
Leadership experience up to 1 year
Insurance verification knowledge
Patient experience with scheduling, checking patients in/out
treatment planning
Financial knowlege with collecting co-pays, patient balances, and assisting with financing options such as Care Credit, etc.
Team centered personality with the ability to work in various office setttings
Ability to travel and work on a FT basis up to 40 hours per week
Assisting with supervisory responsibilities with oversight from the Practice Manager, Regional Manger, or VP of Operations.
