We are an established and expanding family practice just South of Colorado Springs, looking for a full-time Associate General Dentist to join our team. This growing location is a unique solo dentist practice in an FFS and PPO location. We are a fully digital office offering the latest in dental technology, are equipped with a pano/ceph, and offer 2- 3 operatories and a dedicated team our dentists. If you are a General dentist who wants to provide a wide variety of dental treatments with autonomy and the ability to have an FT predictable schedule with weekends off. In that case, we want to hear from you. 


What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver a full spectrum of dental services, including restorative dentistry, endodontics, extractions, implants, Invisalign, and oral sedation.
  • Lead a collaborative team of hygienists and dental assistants in delivering outstanding patient care.
  • Expand your expertise in comprehensive dentistry, including crown & bridge, removable prosthodontics, implants, oral surgery, and even aesthetic treatments like Botox and fillers!
  • Work in a patient-centric, dentist-led practice with support from some of the best clinicians in the industry.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Compensation: Start with a guaranteed salary for the first six months, followed by a tiered commission structure. Total potential earnings can range from $250,000 to $350,000 annually.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience: At least 3-5 years of clinical experience, with a desire to perform a wide range of dental procedures.
  • Leadership Skills: Leading a team and collaborating effectively with hygienists and dental assistants.
  • Patient-Centered: Motivated to provide top-notch care while achieving production goals in a patient-first environment.

We are looking for a passionate General Dentist who is commited to delivering the highest standard of care to our patients, and is comfortable working in a 2 doctor practice. A General Dentist who is team oriented, and enjoys being part of a collaberative and cohesive team, leading the practice thgouth their clinical expertise. 

Qualifications

  • Valid and current DDS or DMD license in the state of Colorado.

  • Active DEA
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in general dentistry, with a focus on restorative and diagnostic care.

  • Invisalign Certification or willingness to be certified
  • Strong clinical skills and experience with a variety of dental treatments.

  • Proven ability to lead a team with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • A keen business acumen and the desire to contribute to the practice’s growth and success.

  • Ability to stay organized and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.

  • Compassionate, patient-centered approach to dental care.

  • Strong desire to contribute to a positive and collaborative practice culture.

Pay Range

USD $150,000.00 - USD $300,000.00 /Yr.
