About Dr. Luigi Massa: You’ll be reporting directly to Dr. Luigi Massa, a leader in dental innovation and patient care. Dr. Massa’s journey began with a degree in Dental Laboratory Technology in 1998, followed by his graduation from Baylor College of Dentistry in 2005. He has grown his private practice into eight multispecialty locations, all while becoming a distinguished speaker and author in the field of dental implants. He has several team members who have worked side by side with him for well over a decade. Dr. Massa has taught CE courses on Dental Implants since 2014, authored multiple articles, and co-authored “The ADA’s Practical Guide to Dental Implants” in 2021. Beyond his professional achievements, Dr. Massa and his wife Tiffany are active members of our community, raising their three children and enjoying outdoor activities whenever possible.

Position Details:

  • Full-time, Monday through Friday
  • Travel between New Braunfels and Boerne locations
  • Competitive hourly pay ($25.00 - $29.00 per hour)
  • Lucrative bonus plan, with the potential to earn over $100,000 annually

Responsibilities:

  • Consult with potential patients about dental implant solutions and other surgical treatments.
  • Assist patients in making informed decisions about their treatment options, helping them accept and afford the care they need.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with patients, ensuring seamless transitions from consultation to treatment.
  • Track consultations and treatments using a sales CRM, and maintain regular contact with patients.
  • Participate in local marketing efforts and manage referral-based lead generation.
  • Work closely with the operations team to drive revenue and new patient consultations.

Importance of Sales Experience: We are looking for individuals with a strong background in sales, particularly in helping patients understand, accept, and afford their treatment options. Your ability to build trust and communicate effectively is crucial in guiding patients through their decision-making process.

Requirements


  • 2+ years of experience as a Treatment Coordinator in a specialty setting.
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering high standards of care.
  • Technical expertise in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; Denticon experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and travel between locations.
  • Relocation to New Braunfels, TX, required before starting work.
