What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver outstanding patient experiences as the first point of contact, answering calls, scheduling appointments, and guiding parents through check-in/check-out.
  • Manage administrative workflows, including insurance verification, co-pay collection, and updating patient records in Denticon.
  • Ensure a welcoming environment by maintaining a tidy front office and waiting room.
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to streamline patient care and resolve scheduling or billing inquiries.

Wage range: $16 to $18 per hour, DOE

Qualifications

  • One or more years in a dental or medical front office setting
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
  • Typing/data entry skills
  • Insurance knowledge
  • Customer service
  • Polished and friendly phone etiquette
  • Ability to work full-time Monday-Thursday
 

Pay Range

USD $16.00 - USD $18.00 /Hr.
