Exceptional Smiles is an established family dental practice located in the northern Colorado Springs area. We are growing and seeking a Dental Assistant or EDDA to join us full time. We have a beautiful modern office and work with a close knit team. Our dentist has been treating generations of families in Colorado Springs for over 40 years! We provide a variety of services including preventive care, restorative dentistry, cosmetic treatments, and other specialty services-you won't get bored!

Our ideal Dental Assistant or EDDA will be passionate about providing the highest level of care to our patients while supporting our dentist chairside. Schedule: Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm 

Responsibilities Include:

• Welcome patients into the dental office
• Prepare clients for treatments or checkups ensuring their comfort
• Select and set up instruments, equipment and materials needed
• Sterilize instruments according to regulations
• Assist the dentist through 4-handed dentistry
• Undertake lab tasks as instructed
• Provide oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions
• Keep the dental room clean and well-stocked
• Schedule appointments
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist with payment procedures
