Oversee daily operations, including budgeting, production goals, hiring, staffing, and office performance
Lead by example to deliver a five-star patient experience
Answer phones, schedule appointments, manage insurance verification and billing, check-in/out patients, and process payments
Facilitate daily huddles and regular team meetings
Maintain the office space, order supplies, and handle repairs as needed
Support both clinical and administrative staff
Manage onboarding, staff training, and performance feedback
Coordinate office events, team-building activities, and celebrations
Monday - Friday: 730 AM – 5 PM
Competitive compensation: $29-$33 per hour, DOE

Proven leadership experience in dental office management
At least 2 years in a leadership role and 5+ years in the dental industry
Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)
Strong understanding of dental terminology and insurance/billing procedures
Organized, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communicator and problem-solver
Familiarity with Denticon is a plus (we’ll train the right candidate!)
