We are a Specialty Endodontic practice and are on the hunt for a full-time Dental Office Manager to lead operations and travel across our dynamic Endodontic Specialty practices in the Denver metro area. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety (yes, you’ll be traveling between locations 4–5 days per week), and knows how to build lasting relationships with both patients and referring dentists.
What You'll Be Doing:
As the go-to person for our front office operations, you’ll wear many hats — and look good in all of them. Key responsibilities include:
Greet and welcome patients with warmth and professionalism
Scheduling appointments and coordinating care based on referrals
Verifying insurance benefits and submitting claims
Checking patients in and out with efficiency and empathy
Managing daily schedules, monthly reports, and team performance
Leading, hiring, training, and inspiring front office and clinical teams
Collaborating with referring dentists and sending follow-up letters
Overseeing treatment planning and supporting Endodontists’ schedules across multiple locations
What We Offer:
A stable Monday–Friday schedule (8 AM–5 PM)
Competitive hourly pay + monthly bonus opportunities hourly rate between $28.00 to $32.00 per hr. (DOE) plus monthly bonus opportunities

Important Information:

2+ years of experience in Dental Office Management (Endodontic experience is a huge plus!)
Familiarity Denticon or a similar cloud-based software knowledge is a bonus
A natural leader who thrives on collaboration, communication, and accountability
Comfortable multitasking and problem-solving independently
Someone who takes pride in patient-centered care and service excellence
Willingness to travel throughout the Denver metro daily and has reliable transportation
This role is based in a professional office environment, utilizing standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers.
A college degree in business or a related field is preferred, along with at least one year of business or managerial experience.
An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience will be considered.
