About us/ or doctor: You’ll be reporting directly to our Dental Practice Manager, supporting our Clinical Director with significant surgical cases and treatment planning for patients receiving implants, all-on-four implant-supported dentures, and full-mouth rehabilitation. Full-time, Monday-Thursday 815am - 5 pm, Fridays 8 am- 12 noon
Travel between locations (mileage reimbursement applies)
Competitive hourly pay ($24.00-29.00 per hour)
Lucrative bonus plan, with the potential to earn over [$80-90k] annually
2+ years of experience as a Implant Treatment Coordinator in a specialty setting with AOX.
Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering high standards of care.
Technical expertise in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; Denticon experience is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and travel between locations.
Relocation to New Braunfels, TX, required before starting work.
Responsibilities:
Consult with potential patients about dental implant solutions and other surgical treatments.
Assist patients in making informed decisions about their treatment options, helping them accept and afford the care they need.
Develop and maintain relationships with patients, ensuring seamless transitions from consultation to treatment.
Track consultations and treatments using a sales CRM, and maintain regular contact with patients.
Participate in local marketing efforts and manage referral-based lead generation.
Work closely with the operations team to drive revenue and new patient consultations.
