Are you a highly organized, results-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment? We’re looking for a Hygiene Desk/Department Manager to oversee the hygiene operations of our busy, multi-provider general dentistry office in Southeast Denver.
This is a full-time role, Monday through Thursday, 7:45 AM – 5:15 PM, offering a competitive hourly wage, bonus opportunities, and a complete benefits package. Oversee daily hygiene department operations, including scheduling, productivity goals, and team coordination
Collaborate closely with hygienists, doctors, and administrative staff to ensure efficient patient flow.
Manage hygiene recall systems and optimize the patient experience.
Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies to meet department goals.
Provide support in hiring, training, and coaching hygiene team members.
Handle administrative duties related to hygiene services, including reporting and policy implementation.
Strong organizational and time-management skills
A detail-oriented, dependable professional with a can-do attitude
Proven experience in dental or medical office management (dental hygiene department experience is a plus)
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Tech-savvy and comfortable working with dental scheduling software (Denticon experience a plus)
Hourly pay: $25–$29/hour, based on experience

This role is based in a professional office environment, utilizing standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers.
The position may require occasional lifting of office supplies up to 20 pounds.
Must be able to stand, walk, and perform tasks that require manual dexterity throughout the workday.
A college degree in business or a related field is preferred, along with at least one year of business or managerial experience.
An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience will be considered.
