We’re currently looking for a warm, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic Dental Patient Coordinator to be the friendly face that welcomes our patients and keeps our front office running smoothly.

Full-Time | Monday–Thursday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Welcoming patients with a genuine smile and professional service.

• Checking patients in and out efficiently and warmly.

• Managing the phone lines and helping patients with questions or concerns.

• Scheduling appointments and helping patients stay on track with their treatment plans.

• Following up on outstanding treatments and recall appointments.

• Delivering five-star customer service from the front desk to every patient interaction.

• At least 1 year of experience in a dental front office.
• Familiarity with dental software (Denticon is a plus, but not required).
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
