Essential Functions

 

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Dental Recruiter who will focus on attracting top provider talent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for talent acquisition and a strong understanding of the dental industry. You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and placing top dental professionals in our dentist-led practices, including, but not limited to, dentists and dental hygienists.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing: Utilize various recruiting platforms, social media, and networking to identify and engage potential candidates in the dental field.
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit for specific dental roles.
  • Office Collaboration: Work closely with dental practices to understand their staffing needs, culture, and specific requirements for each position.
  • Job Advertising: Create and post engaging job descriptions across multiple platforms to attract diverse candidates.
  • Networking: Build and maintain relationships within the dental community to enhance candidate sourcing and increase visibility in the market by attending career fairs, dental conferences, and training sessions.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging talent in the dental field.
  • Candidate Management: Guide candidates through the recruitment process, providing feedback and support at each stage.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress through the recruitment pipeline, providing regular updates to management.

Qualifications

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the dental industry.
  • Experience hiring providers (hygienists, dentists, specialists, etc.)
  • Compatibility negotiating contracts and compensation packages
  • Strong understanding of dental roles and the specific skills required for success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and maintain a solid professional network.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software. (iCIMS experience a plus)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to travel to Colorado and Texas locations
  • Experience with iCIMS or any other ATS system

Pay Range

USD $100,000.00 - USD $120,000.00 /Yr.
