Essential Functions

We are seeking a passionate and experienced General Dentist to join our growing practice. This is a unique opportunity for a skilled dentist with a valid, in-good-standing dental license in the state of practice (DDS or DMD), who has a desire to lead a team through clinical excellence, patient care, and effective business management. The ideal candidate will have 3 or more years of experience performing a wide range of dental treatments, including restorative and diagnostic dentistry, and possess a strong drive to contribute to the success and growth of the practice.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality dental care, including diagnostic, restorative, preventive, and emergency treatments.

  • Lead and collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure a smooth and efficient practice environment.

  • Develop treatment plans and provide guidance to patients to help them achieve optimal oral health.

  • Demonstrate strong communication skills to effectively explain diagnoses, treatment options, and procedures to patients.

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring adherence to all health and safety protocols.

  • Manage patient flow to maintain efficiency and patient satisfaction.

  • Stay current with the latest dental technologies and treatment techniques.

  • Assist in the development of business strategies and goals to promote practice growth and profitability.

  • Foster a positive, supportive, and productive work environment for all team members.

Qualifications

  • Valid and current DDS or DMD license in the state of practice.

  • Active DEA
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in general dentistry, with a focus on restorative and diagnostic care.

  • Invisalign Certification or willingness to be certified
  • Strong clinical skills and experience with a variety of dental treatments.

  • Proven ability to lead a team with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • A keen business acumen and the desire to contribute to the practice’s growth and success.

  • Ability to stay organized and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.

Pay Range

USD $150,000.00 - USD $250,000.00 /Yr.
