We are seeking a dedicated, personable, and detail-oriented Oral Surgery Treatment Coordinator to join our amazing team. This role is ideal for someone with both front and back-office experience who thrives in a fast-paced clinical setting, enjoys making a meaningful impact on patient care, and values being part of a close-knit, collaborative team.
Greet and check in patients with professionalism, warmth, and a friendly demeanor
Manage a high volume of phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding appointments, treatments, and insurance
Coordinate and track over 100 referrals per week with accuracy and efficiency
Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments while ensuring seamless communication between patients and the surgical team
Assist with patient check-out and complete all documentation with accuracy and attention to detail
Verify insurance coverage, billing, and perform accurate data entry
Support clinical operations, including sterilizing instruments and assisting chairside when needed
Maintain thorough and accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA
Collaborate with the team to continually improve and enhance the overall patient experience
Step in to help with back-office tasks as needed, balancing both clinical and administrative responsibilities
Willingness to occasionally stay after 5 pm when needed to support patient care
Consistent Monday–Friday schedule (Mon–Thurs 8–5, Fri 8–2), with occasional longer days as needed to support patient care

Prior front and back-office experience in a dental or oral surgery practice (required)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, compassionate, and approachable demeanor
Proven ability to handle high referral and call volumes with efficiency and organization
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable multitasking in a busy clinical environment
A self-starter who works well independently and thrives in a team-oriented culture
Flexible, versatile, and willing to adapt as the practice evolves
