Position Summary – Regional Director of Operations (North Denver)
We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and data-driven Regional Director of Operations to lead and elevate performance across a growing network of dental practices in the North Denver market. This pivotal leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence, optimizing financial performance, and fostering a high-performing, patient-centric culture across multiple locations.
As a key member of our leadership team, the Regional Director will partner closely with dentists, practice managers, and the broader operations support team to align clinical outcomes with business goals. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of scaling multi-site healthcare operations, leveraging data to inform decisions, and developing strong, accountable teams. Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership
Oversee day-to-day operations of all practices in the North Denver region.
Monitor and manage financial performance (production, collections, EBITDA).
Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance standards, and best practices.
Partner with office managers and support center teams to achieve operational excellence.
Clinical Partnership
Collaborate with dentists and specialists to uphold high standards of clinical quality.
Support treatment acceptance, specialty utilization, and patient satisfaction goals.
Facilitate communication between clinical providers and operational leadership.
Team Leadership & Development
Recruit, onboard, and retain top-performing dentists and practice leaders.
Mentor and coach providers and office managers to drive professional growth and engagement.
Build a positive and collaborative team culture across the region.
Strategic Growth
Execute growth strategies aligned with company objectives (expansion, new services, technology adoption).
Lead integration efforts for newly acquired or de novo practices in the region.
Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and patient experience enhancement.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
7+ years of progressive leadership experience, ideally within a DSO or multi-site healthcare setting.
Proven success in leading large teams and managing multiple locations.
Strong financial acumen and ability to analyze and act on profit and loss (P&L) performance.
Exceptional communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
