Join Our Specialty Team as a Dental Treatment Coordinator!

Mile High Denture and Implant Center is looking for a full-time Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our Colorado Springs team, Monday through Thursday from 9 AM to 4 PM. This is an hourly role with an exciting annual bonus opportunity of up to $15,000—plus comprehensive benefits that support your growth and well-being.

What You’ll Do

• Guide patients through life-changing implant treatment options, with a focus on All-on-4® cases and full-mouth reconstructions.
• Confidently present and discuss treatment plans ranging anywhere from $1,500 to $60,000+, with most cases being large-scale transformations.
• Facilitate loan and financial conversations to make care accessible.
• Build trusted, long-term relationships with patients, referrals, and leads.
• Manage follow-ups and stay connected with patients.
• Support marketing and referral initiatives—including outreach to local general dental offices, onsite visits, and coordinating meetings for our doctor with referring teams.
• Collaborate with our clinical and operations teams to deliver a Distinctive Patient Experience.

What We’re Looking For

• Sales background strongly desired— seeking someone with a proven ability to close high-value treatment plans.
• Comfortable and confident discussing large cases, including All-on-4® and full-mouth reconstruction.
• Willingness to dedicate up to 2 days per week to marketing efforts with a strong desire to grow our brand in the Colorado Springs community.
• 2+ years of Dental Treatment Coordinator experience in a specialty setting preferred.
• Strong communicator with an upbeat personality, natural smile, and friendly demeanor.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Denticon is a plus (not required).
• A reliable, motivated professional seeking a long-term opportunity with room to grow.
