Position Overview:
As a Dental Patient Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, responsible for creating an exceptional patient experience from check-in to checkout. Your role will be key in ensuring smooth operations in our front office while delivering high-quality customer service.

Greet patients with a friendly, welcoming demeanor.
Manage patient scheduling and maintain an organized appointment calendar.
Verify insurance information and assist patients with financing options.
Collect payments and ensure accurate processing.
Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries in a professional, helpful manner.
Maintain accurate patient records and perform various administrative tasks.
Collaborate with the dental team to ensure effective communication and seamless patient care.
Enter treatment plans into the practice management system and ensure appropriate fee schedules are loaded
Assist with keeping the front office organized, tidy, and well stocked with coffee, tea, and bathroom supplies are stocked
Previous experience in a dental front office setting is required.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency with dental software (experience with Denticon is a plus).
A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
