Locations: Lakewood & Englewood | Schedule: Mon–Thurs, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM

Salary range: $22 to $25 per hour plus bonuses

We are seeking an experienced and personable Dental Patient Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who excels in a fast-paced front office environment and is committed to providing outstanding patient care.

Key Requirements:

• ✨ Patient Check-In & Check-Out
  Welcome patients with a warm, friendly attitude, verify their information, and ensure a smooth and efficient visit from start to finish.
• 💳 Payment & Billing Support
  Process patient payments, address billing questions, and maintain accurate financial documentation.
• 🛡️ Insurance Coordination
  Verify dental insurance coverage, clearly explain benefits to patients, and communicate with insurance providers as needed.
• 📝 Treatment Plan Assistance
  Collaborate with the dentist to prepare, review, and present treatment plans to patients.
• 📅 Appointment Scheduling
  Coordinate and confirm patient appointments, manage reminders, and help maintain a well-organized office schedule.
• 📞 Front Desk Phone Support
  Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, and provide helpful office information to ensure an excellent patient experience.

✨ What We’re Looking For:

• Dental front office or patient coordination experience required
• Specialty dental experience is a strong plus
• Ability to travel between our Lakewood and Englewood locations
• Excellent communication, scheduling, and multitasking abilities
• Positive, professional, and patient-focused attitude
• Denticon Software experience is a plus.
