Mile High Dental and Implant Centers located in Lakewood, is seeking an experienced Expanded Duty Dental Assistant (EDDA) to join our specialty dental practice full-time. Schedule: Full time, Monday-Thursday 8:30am-5:15pm

Compensation: $27-$30/hr, plus bonus opportunities

Responsibilities:

• Preparing patients and treatment rooms for dental procedures
• Reviewing patient health history
• Helping to educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies
• Assisting with surgical procedures, crown seats, and a variety of treatments
• Capturing diagnostic X-rays including bitewings, FMX, Pano, CBCT
• Capturing IO Photos as needed
• Updating patient charts and treatment notes in Denticon

• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Desire to be a part of a cohesive team

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as an Expanded Duty Dental Assistant
• X-Ray Certification Required
• Current CPR/BLS Certification Required
• EDDA Certification preferred
• Certified Dental Assistant preferred
• Experience with Denticon is a plus but is not required
