Sealy Dental Center in Katy is an established family dental practice seeking a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team full-time. Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:45am-5:15pm

Compensation: $18-$21/hr, plus attainable bonus opportunities

Responsibilities Include:

• Welcome patients to the dental office, escorting them to treatment rooms
• Prepare patients for treatments or checkups, ensuring their comfort
• Select and set up instruments, equipment, and materials needed
• Sterilize instruments according to regulations
• Assist the dentist through 4-handed dentistry
• Undertake lab tasks as instructed
• Provide oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions
• Keep the dental room clean and well-stocked
• Schedule appointments
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist with payment procedures
• Order dental supplies and keep track of dental supply inventory

Requirements:

• Registered Dental Assistant in the state of TX is required
• Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods
• Understanding of health & safety regulations
• Ability to perform regulated surgical and nonsurgical tasks
• Strong computer skills Denticon is preferred but is not required
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Well-organized and reliable
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!
