Mile High Denture and Implant Center – Lakewood is seeking a highly experienced Expanded Duties Dental Assistant to join our specialty dental practice on a full-time basis.

Schedule

Full-time | Monday–Thursday | 8:30 AM – 5:15 PM
(No weekends!)

Compensation

$27–$30/hour, based on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare patients and treatment rooms to ensure efficient, comfortable procedures
• Review, document, and maintain accurate patient health histories
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, treatment plans, and post-operative care
• Provide chairside assistance to providers while also working independently when needed
• Perform advanced clinical tasks, including complex fillings, denture adjustments and relines, fabrication of temporary crowns, digital scanning, etc.
• Capture high-quality diagnostic imaging (BWX, FMX, Panos, CBCT)
• Take intraoral photographs as needed for documentation and treatment planning
• Accurately update patient charts and clinical notes using Denticon

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

• EDDA Certification
• 2+ years of hands-on experience as an Expanded Duties Dental Assistant (required)
• Active X-ray certification
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• CDA certification strongly preferred
• Specialty or oral surgery experience is highly desirable
• Denticon experience is a plus (not required)
