Position: Dental Hygienist/ Full-time/ 5 days a week/ Flexible scheduling

Location: Sage Dental Care Lafayette, Colorado

 Schedule: Monday through Thursday 8 - 5 and Fridays 8 - 2

Compensation: $55.79 - $66.69/hr + attainable monthly bonus opportunities based on performance 

About the Role 

Are you passionate about bright smiles and healthy gums? 
We’re looking for a caring, skilled Dental Hygienist to join our modern, patient-focused practice. You’ll play a key role in helping patients achieve and maintain great oral health — all while working in a fun, supportive environment! 

What You’ll Do 

Perform professional dental cleanings (scaling, polishing, and root planning) 
Take and process dental x-rays 
Educate patients on brushing, flossing, and preventive care 
Apply fluoride and sealants 
Maintain sterilization and infection control standards 
Update and maintain accurate patient records

Work closely with the dental team to deliver top-quality care 

What You Bring 

Licensed Dental Hygienist in Colorado
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene 
Current CPR/BLS certification 
Excellent communication and patient-care skills 
Strong attention to detail and teamwork spirit
