What You’ll Bring

• DDS or DMD degree with an active, in-good-standing dental license in the state of Colorado
• 3+ years of clinical experience performing a wide range of dental procedures
• Strong proficiency in restorative and diagnostic dentistry
• A patient-first mindset with a commitment to clinical excellence
• Leadership skills with an interest in team development and practice growth

What You’ll Do

• Deliver comprehensive dental care, including diagnostic, preventive, restorative, and emergency treatments
• Create and present effective, patient-centered treatment plans
• Build strong relationships with patients through clear communication and education
• Collaborate with a dedicated clinical and administrative team to ensure a seamless patient experience
• Help lead day-to-day clinical operations while maintaining the highest standards of care and compliance
• Manage patient flow efficiently to support both productivity and patient satisfaction
• Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices in dentistry
• Contribute to practice growth through clinical leadership and business insight
