Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated, compassionate, and detail-oriented Dental Hygienist to join our growing dental team. The ideal candidate is passionate about patient care, committed to educating patients on oral health, and works well in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities

• Perform dental cleanings, scaling, polishing, and periodontal maintenance
• Conduct oral health assessments and record patient medical histories
• Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays)
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment recommendations
• Assist dentists during examinations and procedures as needed
• Identify signs of oral disease and communicate findings to the dentist
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment notes
• Ensure compliance with infection control and sterilization procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms and maintain dental equipment
• Provide exceptional patient care and create a welcoming experience

Qualifications

• Current Dental Hygienist license in the state of [State]
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene
• CPR certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with dental software and digital charting preferred
