As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll be the heartbeat of our front office—greeting guests with a smile, keeping schedules running smoothly, and helping create a stress-free healthcare experience.

What You'll Be Doing

• Welcome patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
• Schedule appointments and manage provider calendars
• Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and assist patients with their needs
• Verify insurance information and update patient records
• Coordinate patient communications, reminders, and follow-ups
• Keep the front office organized, efficient, and inviting
• Work closely with providers and team members to ensure exceptional patient care

What We're Looking For

• Positive attitude and outstanding customer service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in healthcare, medical offices, dental practices, or customer service is a plus
