Every day, you'll help create an exceptional experience for our patients—from the moment they walk through the door until they leave smiling.

What You'll Do

🦷 Welcome patients with a warm, friendly smile
📞 Answer phones and assist patients with scheduling and questions
📅 Coordinate appointments and keep our schedule running efficiently
💳 Collect payments and assist with insurance verification
💻 Maintain accurate patient records
🤝 Support our clinical team to ensure every patient has an outstanding visit

We're Looking For Someone Who

✨ Is organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
✨ Can multitask in a fast-paced environment with confidence
✨ Has excellent communication and customer service skills
✨ Dental or medical front office experience is a plus—but we're happy to train the right person with the right attitude!
