Lead the team. Partner with the Doctor. Build something great.
Are you an experienced dental leader who believes that great teams are built through relationships, accountability, communication, coaching, and appreciation?
We’re looking for a Dental Operations Leader to join our established single-doctor PPO and FFS practice in Erie, Colorado. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys developing people, improving operations, and partnering closely with the Dentist to create an exceptional experience for both patients and team members.
This is more than an office management role. Our Office Leaders are true partners to their Dentists, working together to achieve practice goals, develop the team, strengthen the patient experience, and build a healthy, high-performing office culture.
You’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact every day.
As the Dental Operations Leader, you will be responsible for leading people, driving accountability, strengthening communication, and ensuring the office operates at its highest level. You’ll work closely with the General Dentist and Regional Director of Operations to identify opportunities, solve problems, and turn goals into results.
We’re looking for someone who can balance people leadership with operational excellence—someone who can recognize a team member’s potential, have the difficult conversation, when necessary, celebrate wins, and consistently raise the bar.
This is a hands-on leadership position. You will oversee and participate in the day-to-day operations of the practice, including all front office responsibilities.
Responsibilities include:
Builds relationships. You understand that people perform at their best when they feel valued, heard, supported, and challenged to grow.
Leads with accountability. You’re comfortable setting clear expectations, following through, and holding yourself and others accountable.
Develops people. You enjoy coaching, training, mentoring, and helping team members become better at what they do.
Communicates consistently. You understand that strong communication prevents problems and creates alignment.
Thinks critically. You don't simply identify problems—you look for the root cause, evaluate solutions, and take action.
Celebrates success. You recognize that appreciation matters and believe great work should be acknowledged.
Partners with the Dentist. You work collaboratively with the doctor rather than operating independently from the clinical team. You understand that the best practices are built when the Doctor and Operations Leader are aligned.
Dental office leadership and management experience is required for this position.
We’re looking for someone with:
You’ll be joining a team where leadership is about people first.
We believe successful practices aren't built solely on numbers—they're built by creating an environment where talented people want to come to work, patients feel genuinely cared for, and everyone understands how their role contributes to the success of the practice.
As an Office Leader, you'll have the support of both the General Dentist and Regional Director of Operations, along with opportunities for continued leadership development and professional growth.
If you're an experienced dental leader who is energized by developing people, improving operations, building relationships, and creating a culture where teams thrive, we'd love to meet you.
Join us in Erie and help build a practice where patients love the experience and team members love coming to work.
