About the Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and patient-focused Dental Patient Coordinator to join our close-knit team at our Green Valley Ranch location.
This is an important front-office role for someone who understands that exceptional patient care starts the moment a patient calls or walks through the door. The ideal candidate has prior dental front-office experience, is confident navigating the daily demands of a busy practice and takes pride in both patient experience and personal performance.

What You'll Do
- Welcome and warmly greet patients, creating a positive first impression
- Answer phones professionally and efficiently, helping patients with questions and scheduling needs
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments while optimizing the practice schedule
- Check patients in and out accurately and efficiently
- Verify dental insurance benefits and assist with understanding patient coverage
- Collect payments and communicate financial information clearly and professionally
- Coordinate treatment appointments and help patients navigate their dental experience
- Communicate effectively with patients, doctors, hygienists, and the rest of the team
- Provide compassionate service to patients who may be experiencing dental pain, anxiety, or fear
- Maintain accurate patient information and documentation
- Utilize Denticon as our practice management system and Microsoft Office
- Balance multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and accountable team environment
What We're Looking For
Required:
- Previous dental front-office experience
- Experience answering phones and scheduling patients
- Experience checking patients in and out
- Working knowledge of dental insurance verification and benefits
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced dental office
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Professional, friendly, and confident communication style
- Reliable, dependable, and committed to being an active member of the team
- Comfortable learning and using technology and practice management software
- Ability to receive feedback, learn from coaching, and continuously improve
Preferred:
- Experience with Denticon
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus and will be compensated accordingly
- Experience in a PPO and/or FFS dental practice
- Familiarity with insurance verification, patient estimates, and financial conversations
