We are seeking an experienced Full-Time General Dentist to join our established practice in Falcon, Colorado, a rapidly growing community just east of Colorado Springs.

This opportunity is open because our current dentist is relocating outside of Colorado, creating an exciting opportunity for a clinician who wants to step into a clinical leadership role while continuing to provide excellent patient care.

Our practice is established, busy, and supported by a strong PPO and FFS patient base. We are a dentist-led culture where clinical quality, patient experience, and employee engagement are at the center of how we operate.

The Practice

• 6 fully equipped operatories
• 2 Dental Hygienists
• 2 EDDAs
• Established PPO and FFS patient base

You will have the clinical autonomy to diagnose, treatment plan, and provide comprehensive care while working alongside an experienced and supportive dental team.

What You'll Do

As the lead clinician, you will:

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry to patients of all ages
• Diagnose and develop appropriate treatment plans
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care
• Lead the clinical direction of the practice
• Mentor and collaborate with the clinical team
• Build strong, trusting relationships with patients
• Maintain high clinical standards and a commitment to continuing education
• Perform a broad range of procedures within a family dentistry setting

Our ideal candidate is comfortable practicing independently and enjoys the variety that comes with being the solo provider in a busy, established practice.

Procedures & Clinical Experience

We are looking for a dentist who is comfortable providing a broad scope of general dentistry, including:

• Comprehensive restorative dentistry
• Extractions
• Anterior and premolar endodontics
• Implant restorations
• Invisalign
• Crowns and bridges
• Treatment planning and comprehensive case acceptance
• Other common general dentistry procedures

The Ideal Candidate

• 3+ years of clinical experience
• Active Colorado dental license
• Invisalign certified
• Comfortable practicing as a solo provider
• Confident with a broad range of general dentistry procedures
• Strong diagnostic and treatment-planning skills
• Patient-focused and committed to quality clinical outcomes
• Natural clinical leader who enjoys supporting and engaging a dental team
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, established practice

Schedule

Full-Time | 4 Days Per Week

Our schedule alternates weekly:

• Monday–Thursday
• Tuesday–Friday

This provides a consistent four-day clinical schedule while maintaining coverage across the practice's Monday–Friday operating week.
