Sealy Orthodontics is hiring! We are seeking an experienced Orthodontic Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team full-time.

Who You Are: 

• A Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) with at least 1 year of previous experience.
• Ortho experience is preferred but we are willing to train someone that is reliable, has a positive attitude and is eager to learn and grow with a team!

Schedule: Full-time

• Monday-Thursday 7:55am-5:15pm
• Very Occasional Fridays 7:55am-2:15pm

Compensation: $18-$22/hour, plus monthly bonus opportunities based on performance

Responsibilities Include:

• Orthodontic records (photos, x-rays, impressions, scanning)
• IDB and direct bonding
• Debonds
• Adjustments
• Phase one appliances
• Invisalign

Requirements:

• Active RDA License in the State of TX
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an RDA
• Active CPR Certification required
• Previous ortho experience preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!
